In this honey cake, lush cakes, delicate cream with halva, a delicious combination of nuts and honey. I baked cakes in a slow cooker, but you can bake in an ordinary oven.

To prepare Honey cake with halva, we need the following ingredients:



Starch - 2 tbsp.
Honey - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
Walnuts - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Soda - 1 tsp
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.


Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp.
Sour cream - 350 g
Halva - 350 g
Optional chocolate for decoration - 50 g

Step by step recipe

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Add melted and not hot honey.

Fry the nuts and scroll through the meat grinder. Add nuts, starch, soda and flour to the dough. Mix thoroughly, our dough is ready.

We grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter and spread the dough, level it. To bake this honey cake in a conventional oven, take a mold with a diameter of 20 cm.

Bake in the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes, in the oven for 30-35 minutes. We take out the cake from the bowl and let it cool completely.

For cream, beat sour cream with cocoa and chopped halva.
Cut the cake into 3 parts and coat with cream.

Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours for impregnation.
Then sprinkle the sides with grated chocolate and serve.
