Dough:

butter or margarine - 125 g
sugar - 1 tbsp.
vanillin - 1 pack. 1.5 g or a bag of vanilla sugar
• egg - 2 pcs.
• flour - 2 tbsp.
• baking powder - 1 tsp.
• milk - 1 tbsp.
• instant coffee - 2 tsp.
• boiled water - 2 tbsp.

Glaze:

• sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
• cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
• butter or margarine - 20g.
• instant coffee - 2 tsp.
• water -100 ml.
• coconut flakes for sprinkling.

Cooking method

Heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a baking dish with oil (I have a square 24 * 24.
Beat butter with sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs and stir until smooth.
Add milk, stir.

Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder and stir quickly.
Spread half of the dough evenly in a baking dish.

Dissolve coffee in 2 tbsp. hot boiled water and mix with the remaining dough.
Put the rest of the dough in a mold and bake for 30-35 minutes, until tender.

Cool well and cut into rectangles.
For the glaze, sift the cocoa, add coffee, sugar, butter and water. Stir until smooth. Put on fire, stirring constantly, bring until sugar is completely dissolved.

Dip each piece in the finished glaze, wait for the excess to drain, and roll in coconut flakes on all sides. I took a lot of coconut flakes, but I can't say more precisely. Put in the refrigerator.
