Homemade ice cream is very tasty, does not contain preservatives and there are various simple recipes available for this treat.

I offer a recipe for ice cream, consisting of heavy cream, purchased condensed milk (or independently boiled milk with sugar), powdered sugar and gelatin.

Yes, here’s such an unpretentious ice cream according to the recipe without butter and without eggs!

The main thing when making ice cream yourself, i.e. without a special ice cream maker, it’s right to freeze the mass. In order for the ice cream not to turn into an ice lump, you just need to mix it 3-4 times at the stage of freezing.

Prepare the ingredients: butter cream, suitable for whipping, sugar or powdered sugar, condensed milk and gelatin (in the photo it is very convenient in the form of plates). Gelatins of different manufacturers, not only different in appearance, but also in properties, so be sure to read the instructions for their use!

Ingredients

Cream from (30%) - 0.5 liters;
Powdered sugar - 1-3 tablespoons;
Condensed milk - 0.5 cans;
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
Gelatin - 3 grams (1 teaspoon).
Fillings (chocolate, raisins, etc.) - to taste.

Step by step recipe

First, prepare the gelatin according to the instructions, i.e. Dissolve in a small (minimum) amount of water!

In a tall glass, whip the cream with powdered sugar, condensed milk and vanilla.
The whipping time is about two minutes, the mass should increase and become magnificent.

Then, without stopping the whipping, pour the gelatin into the creamy mass with a thin stream.
The mass in about a minute of whipping will increase in volume and this is a signal that whipping is enough.

Pour the mass into a container or other utensils in which you will freeze.
After about an hour, remove the container and mix the mass.

After another 1-2 and then after 2-3 hours, repeat the mixing again.
Homemade ice cream is ready. The taste of homemade cream ice cream is harmonious and pleasant.
Serve homemade ice cream with syrups, nuts, chocolate or sweet pastas and sauces to taste. Bon Appetit!
