The ideal breakfast: tasty and healthy. Homemade granola. I suggest you not to put dried fruit, and each time to cut the fresh banana and other fruits. Muesli can absorb with yogurt, milk or yogurt. It is tasty, useful, and it is impossible to break away.


Oat flakes - 300 g;
Honey - 125g;
Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp;
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp;
Flax seeds - 3 tbsp.
