Homemade Glazed Cheese.

A favorite delicacy of many children and adults, which can be prepared at home without any difficulties.

The amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste. Cottage cheese is suitable for store and home, an important condition - it should not be too wet or dry. Butter can be replaced with heavy cream or sour cream.

Since the recipe is basic, it can be varied with all kinds of additives: berry puree, jam, jam, cocoa powder, coconut cream and chips, dried fruits (raisins, dried apricots, prunes, etc.), nuts, soft caramel, etc.

To the glaze, you can add pieces of nuts, coconut, waffle chips, etc. The shape of the cheese and the size can be very different.

Ingredients (for 14 pieces):

Cottage cheese 9% - 300 g
Butter - 60 g
Sugar - 60 g
Vanilla Sugar - 10 g

For glaze:

Black Chocolate - 180 g
Vegetable oil - 20 g

Cooking curds:

1. Grind cottage cheese, soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a blender.

2. Use a pastry bag to fill the silicone molds. Flatten the surface.

3. Freeze until completely frozen.

4. Melted chocolate mixed with vegetable oil.

5. Remove the billets from the molds and, dipping each in chocolate, to glaze.

6. Transfer to baking paper and refrigerate until chocolate is completely frozen.

7. Store in the refrigerator or freeze.
