WATER - 1/2 cup;
SALT - 1/8 tsp.;
EYE PROTEINS - 2 pcs.;
MAPLE SYRUP - 2 tsp.;
OLIVE OIL - 1 tsp.;
CREAM - 1/4 cup;
CREAM OIL - 1 tbsp. L.

Start with nougat. If you do not have a special mold for making bars or brownies, you can take a cupcake form.
There is nothing to worry about that your bars will be a bit unusual form, it will not affect the taste.

Lubricate the form with a small amount of olive oil, place with baking paper.
In a small saucepan, mix 230 ml of agave nectar or honey, water and salt. Put on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, about 6 minutes.

Leave the mixture on the stove for another couple of minutes. Lower the kitchen thermometer into the pan, wait for it to show 100 degrees, stir.

Do not remove the thermometer, it is still useful.
Beat the eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Get the eggs from the refrigerator beforehand so that they are not cold.

When the temperature of the mixture on the plate rises to 130 degrees, start whipping the proteins.
To do this, use a submerged blender with a whisk attachment.

When the mixture warms up to 160 degrees, remove it from the plate. Pour the syrup into the squirrels and continue to beat until the mixture thickens - about 15 minutes.

Reduce the speed of the blender and add half a teaspoon of maple syrup, mix.
Pour the mixture into the cupcake molds, fill them in a third.

On top, put one more layer of baking paper, apply a little pressure. Clean the form for the night in the fridge and go to sleep.

The next day you can already prepare chocolate bars. Carefully take out the nougat. Melt the chocolate and smear it with the form, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

At this time, prepare a soft caramel, more precisely, its more useful version - some ingredients are very difficult to replace. Mix 3 tbsp. L. Honey and cream in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

When the mixture thickens, remove it from the plate, add the remaining maple syrup and butter, mix well to allow the oil to completely melt. Pour the resulting mixture into a mold and refrigerate for half an hour.

Remove the caramel and cake mold from the refrigerator. Cut the caramel, lay it on top of the chocolate, then put the peanuts and nougat, top evenly spread the melted chocolate and again put it in the fridge so that the chocolate hardens.

Enjoy delicious chocolate bars without any scruples! Keep the remaining in the refrigerator.
