Ingredients for Halibut Parisian.

200 grams - halibut fillet;
20 grams - butter;
40 ml. - Olive oil;
80 grams - Svezhie mushrooms;
80 grams - Onions;
10 grams - wheat flour;
60 grams - cream;
6 grams - parsley;
Ground black pepper to taste;
Salt (to taste).

Instructions for Halibut Parisian.

1. Grind the fillet fillet with pepper and salt. Put in a greased form.

2. Cut into mushrooms and onions. Fry in a mixture of olive and cream. Sprinkle flour in a frying pan and stirring constantly, pour the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stew, stirring until the sauce thickens.
