Grilled Adyghe cheese.

Grilled Adyghe cheese is a great snack for any occasion. Grilled fried cheese turns out to be very aromatic, with a light crust. Tasty both hot and cold. This appetizer can be served with a glass of wine or combined with a fresh vegetable salad.

The recipe is very simple, you only need to buy fresh cheese, and the rest is always at home. You can experiment with spices and herbs.

I planned to fry on skewers, but the cheese was very crumbly, so I cooked it on a wire rack.

If you have a company, I advise you to increase the portion - the cheese will evaporate from the table in a matter of minutes.

To prepare grilled Adyghe cheese, we need only four ingredients.

Cheese "Adyghe" - 300 g
Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
Garlic - 3 cloves
Italian herbs to taste

Step by step recipe.

Cut the cheese into large pieces.
Combine the grated garlic, oil and herbs in a bowl. Fold a piece of cheese into fragrant butter, gently turning it over so that all the pieces are covered with it.

Transfer the cheese to a wire rack, fry over medium heat, turn over several times.
As the cheese is browned on both sides, remove from heat.
Grilled Adyghe cheese was a success! Bon Appetit.

Fried suluguni.

Fried suluguni cheese in our family menu is both an independent snack and an ingredient that complements fresh vegetable salads. For frying, it can be cut into slices, wedges, and even just arbitrarily.

To prevent the cheese from dripping during cooking, there are two main tricks: carefully breaded the pieces, do not keep them in a hot pan for too long.

To make fried suluguni, prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Suluguni - 150-200 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - for breading
Bread crumbs - for breading
Vegetable oil - for frying

Step by step recipe.

Cut the suluguni cheese into slices of the desired size.
Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with a stirred egg (salt to taste), and one with breadcrumbs.

Dip each piece of suluguni first in an egg, then dip in flour and dip again in an egg, or simply dip in flour and then dip in an egg. Whoever likes it more.

The next step is to bread the entire surface of the cheese in breadcrumbs. Prepare all the pieces in this way.

Fry each piece of cheese on both sides in a skillet in boiling vegetable oil until it is well browned. Suluguni can be deep-fried or semi-deep fried. Fried suluguni is ready. Serve it right away.
