Ingredients

DEUGH GREEK YOGHURT - 6 tbsp. L.
Honey - 1-2 tsp.
ORANGE - 1 pc.
FRESH MINE - 4 leaves

Greek yoghurt.

Mix Greek yogurt with honey.
Spread out the peeled orange slices and sprinkle with sliced mint.

Ingredients:
Bran - 2 tbsp. L.
Low-fat cottage cheese - 1,5 tbsp. L.
Eggs - 1 pc.

Preparation:

Mix the bran, cottage cheese and egg (or only its protein). Heat the frying pan with non-stick coating and pour on it all the dough or its half - depending on what size you like pancakes. Fry for one and a half minutes on each side until golden. Serve for breakfast, snack or as a garnish to any hot.
