Greek meat pies. A hearty and delicious cake for the whole family.


Puff pastry 1 kg;
Mince 500 g;
Cheese 300 g;
Cheese cheese 300g;
Dill 1 bunch;
1 bunch of parsley;
1 bunch green onions;
Onions 2 heads;
Egg chicken 2 pieces.


1. Mince fry until cooked. Then fry 2 onions and add to the stuffing with grated cheese, feta cheese, chopped fresh herbs and raw eggs. If the cheese is very salty, you can not salt.

2. Open the roll puff pastry. Half put on protven, stuffing on top and cover with the other half of dough. Carefully seal the edges. Pierce with a fork a few times and lubricate the egg on top.

3. Bake in preheated oven until golden, about 30 minutes.
