Many mistakenly consider goulash as a meat dish, in fact, goulash is a thick hearty soup that can replace both the first and second. And yet - will help cope with the common cold!

Due to the abundance of spices Hungarian soup-goulash is famous for its properties to resist any colds of viral diseases.

It will take:

1 kg of beef pulp,
2 onions,
2 cloves garlic,
80 g of pork fat,
1 table. Spoon of ground paprika,
0.5 tsp. Chili peppers,
1 kg of potatoes,
2 pods of sweet pepper,
3 tomatoes,
200 g of flour,
1 egg,

It is this soup that you will be served in a Hungarian restaurant instead of the stew in a sauce known from childhood.


Cut the meat into cubes.
Chop onion and garlic.

Melt the fat, put the onions and fry.
Add meat, garlic, paprika, pour in 500 ml of water and simmer for 1.5 hours.

Peel potatoes and cut them into cubes, cut the sweet pepper pulp with squares, tomatoes - slices.
From flour, eggs and a pinch of salt, knead the dough.

Add meat to the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour 500 ml of hot water, add sweet pepper, chili and tomatoes, simmer 5 min.
Salt, put small pieces of dough and cook for 5 minutes.
