Ingredients:

Grapefruit - 1 pc.;
Orange - 1 pc.;
Mandarin - 2 pcs.;
Persimmon - 1 pc.;
Kumquat - 3-4 pcs.;
Lemon - 1 pc.;
Kiwi - 1 pc.;
Honey - 1/2 tbsp.;
Bay leaf - 1 pc.;
Carnation - 1 bud;
Pink pepper - to taste;
Cinnamon - 1 stick.

Cooking method:

Put the honey, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves and pink pepper in the saucepan. Add 1/2 cup of water. Boil on medium heat. Periodically stir.

After boiling, cook for about 1 minute. Then remove from the plate. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

At this time, peel and cut in circles all the fruits: orange and lemon, kiwi, mandarins, grapefruit. Persimmon and kumquat are also cut into slices.
