To cook French cheesecake with cottage cheese, we need flour, butter, baking powder, vanillin, eggs, sugar and cottage cheese.
Ingredients
Wheat flour - 320 g
Butter - 180 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Filling:
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Sugar - 200 g
Vanillin - 1 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Step by step recipe
Prepare the filling: put cottage cheese in the combine, add sugar, vanillin and eggs. Beat the curd until smooth. Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl.
Add the chopped butter. Hands rub the mass into crumbs.
Cover the demountable form with parchment, grease the sides with butter. Divide the flour crumbs in half. Pour one part to the bottom, then put all the curd filling.
Gently fill the filling with the remaining crumbs.
Align the baby with your hands on the surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake a cheesecake for 40-45 minutes. Cool the prepared cheesecake in a mold. Then remove the bezel and put the French cheesecake on a plate, cut into portions. Serve with tea or coffee. Bon Appetit!
