A soft, delicate and airy dessert with a pronounced chocolate flavor will be the best end to any meal.
Milk and butter can be used of any fat content. You need to take quality chocolate.


Milk - 1 L
Chocolate - 100 g
Sugar - 150 g
Vanilla Sugar - 25 g
Semolina - 100 g
Butter - 30 g

1. Pour milk into a deep saucepan and put on the stove. We heat, but do not boil.

2. Break the chocolate bar into small squares and gradually add to the milk, mix thoroughly with a spoon to completely dissolve the chocolate and let the milk-chocolate mass boil.

3. In boiling milk, add 100 grams of semolina with a thin stream so that no lumps form. Mix. Next add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix and cook for 5 minutes, until thickened. Allow the mass to cool completely.

4. Add the butter to the cooled mass and whisk with a mixer for 3-5 minutes. After the mass is well beaten, it will become homogeneous and airy.

5. Put the chocolate dessert in glasses or bowls, decorate as desired (grated chocolate, coconut or fresh fruit) and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours, then serve it to the table.
