A recipe for a quick and tasty cookie that turns moist and soft by adding an apple.

Apples can be finely chopped or grated on a coarse grater. Optionally, add cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg. Instead of butter, margarine is suitable. Sweet tooth can increase sugar up to 200 g.

All ingredients should be at the same room temperature.

Ingredients (for 14 pieces):

wheat flour - 200 g
Baking powder - 3 g
Salt - 1 g
Butter - 120 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 100 g
Vanilla Sugar - 10 g
Apple - 150-180 g

Cooking Cookies:

1. Combine the sifted wheat flour with baking powder and salt.

2. Grind the soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg at room temperature and mix thoroughly.

3. Add the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.

4. Add the grated apple, mix.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

6. Put small portions of the dough on baking paper with a non-stick layer at a considerable distance from each other. Flatten slightly with a spatula.

7. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees at an average level without convection 10-17 minutes until golden brown.

8. Cool on a wire rack.
