Cupi Pie Cake. Delicious sponge cakes with butter cream. You can serve them at the festive table, such as a birthday.
I regretted having not tried these traditional American pastries before.

They prepare very quickly, and fall in love with them from the first bite. Soft chocolate biscuits combined with whipped cream are just BOMB. I am happy to share the recipe and highly recommend trying it.



Chicken egg (medium-sized) - 1 pc.
Butter - 80 g
Powdered Sugar - 100 g
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l
Milk - 100 ml
Wheat flour - 130 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Vanillin - 1 g


Cream (35%) - 150 ml
Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. l

We’ll prepare the products for making Whoopi Pie cake and proceed.
Remove oil from the refrigerator in advance. Measure powdered sugar and milk. In a bowl, mix cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Stir the mixture well.

Grind the butter with icing sugar until soft, lush. Beat the egg, mix thoroughly.
Mix the dry ingredients and milk in parts. First, part of the flour, then milk, again flour and again milk.

Stir every time until smooth. If the egg was large, it is possible that the milk will go 10-20 ml less.
Stir until smooth. The dough should turn out medium density and should not drain from a spoon.

Using a spoon or pastry bag, put the dough in round cakes, not very large, they will increase in size.
Bake in a preheated oven, temperature - 180 degrees, 10-12 minutes.

While the biscuits are cooling, it is necessary to prepare the cream. Beat cold cream to a strong mass. Add icing sugar, whisk quickly.

Put the cream on one cake, cover with another, and the Whoopi Pie cake is ready.
The cake, in my opinion, does not require decoration.
You can lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon Appetit.
