Let's make a cupcake with strawberry, vanilla and chocolate flavor.
This cupcake is named after the world famous Neapolitan ice cream, which is produced in the form of a bar consisting of three identical layers: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.

Therefore, the dough for the cake is also traditionally divided into three identical parts, not four. But I deliberately increased the chocolate layer to make the strawberry look brighter against its background.

Ingredients for the main test:

Flour - 250 g
Starch - 50 g
Baking powder - 6 g
Sugar - 200 g
Vanilla sugar - 1.5 tsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 75 ml
Water (milk) - 150 ml

Additional ingredients:

Cocoa powder - 3.5 tbsp. l
Strawberry Jelly (Powder) - 45 g
Water (hot) - about 35 ml
Water (cold) - about 35 ml

Cooking Cupcake:

1. Place eggs in a bowl. Add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to balance the taste. To prevent sugar from flying around the kitchen, first mix it with eggs, not including the mixer. Then turn on the device and beat until the mass thickens, whitens and increases in volume by about three times.

2. Now enter milk or water (there will be practically no difference in taste), vegetable oil and flour sifted with starch and baking powder. Knead the dough. You can act as a mixer or spatula. If you choose a mixer, first turn it off so that the flour gets wet and does not fly into the kitchen. Starch makes the cake more tender. But if you do not have starch, replace it with the same amount of flour. The dough is sparse, it easily pours from the whisk. Divide it into four identical parts.

3. Place cocoa powder in a small bowl, gradually add hot water (about 35 milliliters) and grind until smooth. You should get a mass in density approximately corresponding to the density of the dough.

4. In two bowls, distribute the cocoa mass evenly. Stir until a uniform color.

5. In a third bowl, send strawberry jelly and about 35 milliliters of cold water. For a brighter color, optionally (and possibly) add some food coloring. Mix well.

6. The contents of the fourth bowl remain unchanged.

7. Prepare the mold: oil and (if you want) sprinkle with flour.

8. Pour 2 tablespoons of dark dough, 2 tablespoons of light dough, 2 tablespoons of dark dough, and finally 2 tablespoons of strawberry dough in the same point of the prepared round muffin. Continue the work, observing such a sequence until the whole dough is over.

9. Send the product to the oven preheated to 175 degrees to the middle level. Bake for about 60 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden stick: it should come out dry.
10. Cool the cupcake on the wire rack or right in the mold.
Bon Appetit!
