Incredibly delicate and crumbly chocolate cookies in the style of Turkish confectioners - with the simultaneous use of butter and vegetable oil.
From the indicated number of ingredients, I got 45 pieces of cookies.


Flour - 320 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Cocoa Powder - 30 g
Butter (margarine) - 125 g
Vegetable oil (odorless) - 60 ml
Sugar - 110 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Egg - 1 pc.

Cooking Cookies:

1. Place butter at room temperature in a bowl (it should be soft, easy to spread), add sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil and an egg. Rub until smooth. Let the mixture stand for about five minutes for the sugar to melt.

2. Next, enter the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder (using a sieve to get rid of lumps).

3. Knead a smooth, uniform dough. It turns out soft, obedient, very pleasant at work.

4. Tear off small pieces from the dough, roll from them balls about the size of a walnut and give them a flatter shape. Squeeze the dough gently, with tenderness, so as not to get large cracks.

5. Place the items on a baking sheet and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees to the middle level. Bake for about 18 minutes.
