Coffee biscuits. Let's make a delicious coffee cookie. In a duet with a hot cup of aromatic coffee, it can be for you an invigorating start to a new day.

On the cooled cookies, the coffee beans hold perfectly. You can eat them - it will be a small explosion of taste.

Ingredients (for 54 pieces):

Flour - 310 g
Baking powder - 8 g
Egg (large) - 1 pc.
Sugar - 140 g
Vanilla sugar - 1.5 tsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Strong coffee (cold) - 60 ml
Vegetable oil (odorless) - 70 ml
Nuts (chopped) - 50 g
Coffee (fine grinding) - 3 tsp.
Cinnamon (powder) - 1 tsp.
Coffee beans - 54 pcs.

Cooking Cookies:

1. Place the egg in a bowl, add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt to balance the taste, strong cold coffee and vegetable oil. Shuffle.

2. Now send nuts (I used peanuts), finely ground coffee, cinnamon, flour, and baking powder into a bowl. Knead the dough. The dough in vegetable oil is very sticky. But do not worry: this is only at the kneading stage. It takes a dough to rest for just a couple of minutes and it becomes very comfortable in work.

3. Nip off small pieces from the dough, roll the balls a little less than a walnut and transfer them to a baking sheet covered with high-quality baking paper. You can use the kitchen scale. I got 54 balls weighing about 12 grams.

4. In the center of each ball, press the coffee bean.

5. Send the items to the oven preheated to 180 degrees to the middle level. Bake for 7 minutes, then remove the baking sheet and squeeze the seeds again, slightly drown them in the depths of the cookies, otherwise they try to jump out. Return the cookies to the oven and cook for about seven minutes. The readiness indicators will be the browned bottoms and the pleasant smell of fresh pastries.
