Cocoa cream-liqueur. Easy mixed drinks. Creme de Cacao, cooked at home differs, of course, from professionally produced, but also very tasty and suitable for making cocktails and all sorts of desserts.

The recipe, which I took myself into service, needs alcohol. Tried to replace it with vodka and it is quite happy.

Prepare the ingredients:

Ingredients:

Milk - 250 ml;
Alcohol (or vodka) - 65 ml;
Brown sugar - 125 grams;
Sugar - 125 grams;
Cocoa powder or kerob - 75 grams;
Vanilla extract (raw sugar) - 2 hours of a spoon.

Combine the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa or kerob.
Mix all these dry ingredients.

Heat the milk and gradually pour it into the dry ingredients.
Stir in a homogeneous mass and cook for about 3-5 minutes on medium heat with stirring until thick.

In this cooled or warm mass pour vodka (alcohol) and mix. Home version of Creme de Cacao / Cocoa cream-liqueur is ready.

Pour the liqueur into a suitable bottle and store in the refrigerator. Cocoa cream-liqueur is ready. Use for cocktails and desserts. Bon Appetit!
