The recipe, which I took myself into service, needs alcohol. Tried to replace it with vodka and it is quite happy.

Prepare the ingredients:
Ingredients:
Milk - 250 ml;
Alcohol (or vodka) - 65 ml;
Brown sugar - 125 grams;
Sugar - 125 grams;
Cocoa powder or kerob - 75 grams;
Vanilla extract (raw sugar) - 2 hours of a spoon.
Combine the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa or kerob.
Mix all these dry ingredients.
Heat the milk and gradually pour it into the dry ingredients.
Stir in a homogeneous mass and cook for about 3-5 minutes on medium heat with stirring until thick.
In this cooled or warm mass pour vodka (alcohol) and mix. Home version of Creme de Cacao / Cocoa cream-liqueur is ready.
Pour the liqueur into a suitable bottle and store in the refrigerator. Cocoa cream-liqueur is ready. Use for cocktails and desserts. Bon Appetit!
