Chocolate pie.

Chocolate cake with cottage cheese and prunes.
A successful combination of chocolate base and curd filling with boiled condensed milk. And a special highlight of this pie gives prunes.

Ingredients for the dough:

Butter - 100 g
Sour cream - 100 g (2 tbsp. L. With a slide)
Cocoa - 2 tbsp. l
Sugar - 60 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Flour - 180 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.

Curd filling:

Cottage cheese - 300 g
Condensed milk (boiled) - 175 g
Vanilla Sugar - 10 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Prunes (optional) - 175 g

Pie making:

1. Chocolate pie. Beat with a mixer soft butter at room temperature with sugar, a pinch of salt and sour cream. Add cocoa and flour. Knead soft and plastic dough. Send the ball of dough into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

2. For the filling, grind cottage cheese, boiled condensed milk and eggs with a blender. Add vanilla sugar for flavor.

3. Divide the dough visually into 2/3 and 1/3 parts. Put the smallest part in the refrigerator, and roll out the large part on parchment, sprinkled with flour, if necessary, into a circle with a diameter of 27-28 cm. The diameter of my baking dish is 21 cm. Cut the base of the cake with the bottom of the form and make sides.

4. Put prunes on the base of the pie. If you do not like prunes, then you can skip this step. Pour over the curd filling. Grate the remaining 1/3 of the dough on top.

5. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

6. Let the pie cool and can be served.

A delicious cake with a pronounced chocolate flavor. Of course, it cannot be tasteless! The pie should appeal to lovers of cottage cheese and chocolate; -)
