Yoghurt (natural) 200 g.
Honey 1 tbsp.
Preparation of the recipe:
Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes in a blender and whisk the dough to a homogeneous consistency.
Preheat the frying pan over medium heat. Lightly oil. Pour the dough into a frying pan.
Bake pancakes on one side for about 2 minutes and another minute on the other.
Mix yogurt and honey in a plate. Put stuffing on each pancake and roll it. Garnish with fresh berries or fruits.

Flour (rice) 100 g.
Spinach (fresh) 3 handfuls.
Seeds (flax) 3 tsp.
Water 120 ml + 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Preparation of the recipe:
Grind flax seeds in a blender, coffee grinder or mortar. Mix them with warm water and refrigerate until the mixture looks like jelly.
In a blender, mix the fresh spinach and the resulting jelly from flax seeds, gradually add flour and baking powder. Whip the dough to a homogeneous consistency.
Preheat the frying pan over medium heat, and then reduce it a little. It's on low heat pancakes will keep green, and if you bake them at a higher temperature, they can turn brown.
