Chocolate pancakes with kefir and milk
Today we will prepare custard chocolate pancakes with kefir and hot milk. This is a very simple and quick recipe.

These delicious, soft, fragrant pancakes turned out and every one of them was successful - from the first to the last! The main thing is to adhere to all instructions and everything will succeed.

In just an hour, you will have a stack of pancakes that can be served for breakfast or to collect a delicious chocolate pancake cake with them. Kefir must be warm, I warmed it to 45 degrees. The output is 15 pancakes with a diameter of 16 cm.

Pancake Ingredients:

Kefir (40-45 ° C) - 250 ml
Egg (C0) - 1 pc.
Sugar - 25 g
Salt - 1 pinch
Flour - 135 g
Cocoa powder (I have alkalized) - 15 g
Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. l
Milk - 135 ml

For ganache:

Dark Chocolate - 100 g
Butter - 50 g


Dark Chocolate - 70 g
Fat cream from 25% - 70 g

Chocolate pancakes.

Cooking pancakes:

1. In a deep dish, break an egg, add a pinch of salt and mix with a whisk until smooth. Add sugar and pour warm kefir. Mix well until smooth.

2. Add soda, cocoa powder to the flour and mix.

3. Sift the dry ingredients into the previously prepared mixture and mix thoroughly. It turns out a homogeneous dough without lumps.

4. Bring the milk to a boil. If you have skim milk, dilute it with 1: 1 water.

5. Constantly stirring the dough, pour the boiled milk.

6. At the very end we introduce vegetable oil and stir it so that it is not visible on the surface. The dough for future pancakes is ready. By consistency, it is slightly thicker than ordinary pancake dough on milk.

7. Now be sure to let the test stand on the table for 20-30 minutes.

8. The pan is well heated and greased with a silicone brush dipped in vegetable oil.

9. Pour the first portion of the dough and, gently lifting it, turn it in different directions, allowing the dough to spread.

10. When there is no raw dough left on the surface of the pancake, you can turn it over. It takes approximately 30 seconds to fry each side.

11. When the second side was baked, we put the pancake on the prepared plate. So fry all the pancakes and stack them in a pile.

12. If necessary, before baking each new pancake, you can lubricate the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

To make chocolate pancakes even more chocolate, I poured them on top with dark chocolate ganache. Such a ganache is very simple to prepare: you need to melt in a water bath dark chocolate (100 g) with butter (50 g) or with heavy cream.

When most of the chocolate has melted, we begin to mix until completely homogeneous and the ganache is ready. Pour pancakes with ganache and immediately serve. Your loved ones will be delighted.
