Chocolate dessert made from milk and gelatin.
Ingredients:
Milk - 250 ml
Chocolate (milk) - 150 g
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
Gelatin - 1/2 tbsp. l
Dessert preparation:
1. Pour gelatin into a bowl and pour 100 ml of milk. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes to make the gelatin swell.
2. We send milk chocolate to the stew-pan, pour sugar and pour 150 ml of milk here. We put on a small fire and constantly mixing melt the chocolate.
3. When the mixture has warmed up and the chocolate has completely melted, remove the stewpan from the heat and continue to mix until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
4. We put the swollen gelatin on the stove and dissolve it on a small fire, constantly stirring.
5. Pour gelatin into the chocolate mixture and mix.
6. Pour the prepared chocolate mixture into molds (I took silicone molds for muffins) and send it to the refrigerator for about two hours to completely freeze the mixture.
7. We put the frozen dessert for 10-15 seconds in water heated to about 50 degrees, after which we take out the finished dessert from the molds.
