Chocolate decorations - the simplest and most loved, they make any dessert or pastry into something special.

We will need these ingredients:


For the filling and decoration of high cake with a diameter of 20-23 cm:

375 g of a black, white or milk chocolate (or a combination of the largest two-thirds of chopped dark chocolate and milk chocolate one-third);

300 ml of whipping cream.

Chocolate tartlets:

sand baked tartlets;

black, milk or white chocolate (melt).

Chocolate figures:

dark, milk or white chocolate (melt).

Milk chocolate sauce for 4 servings:

200 grams of milk chocolate (chopped);
200 ml of whipping cream.

Cooking method:

1. Melt the chocolate: Chop the tiles into pieces, add to the bowl and place on a hot water bath. Gently mix to the extent that the chocolate melts, to obtain a shiny mass. If you overheat the chocolate, the weight will begin to disintegrate and become grainy.

2. To add the chopped chocolate ganache in a container. Separately, bring to a boil the cream. Pour into bowl with chocolate. Let stand for 5 minutes, until the chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally until a smooth homogeneous mass. As the cooling ganache will solidify.

3. If grease baked bases for tartlets with melted chocolate on the inside, it will not only enrich their taste, but also will prevent the dough from the soaking juice from fruit toppings. Spread the pastry tartlets brush the inside smooth layer of melted chocolate.
