Chocolate cakes with banana "Mink of a mole".

These cakes ideally combine airy biscuit, delicate cream and bananas.
Thanks to the delicate cream and aroma of banana, this delicacy will not leave anyone indifferent. Sounds appetizing? Then rather run to the kitchen and start the oven!

Ingredients for the dough:

Eggs - 4 pcs.
Sugar - 180 g
Vanilla flavor - 1 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil - 80 ml
Milk - 100 ml
Cocoa - 3 tbsp. l
Flour - 240 g
Baking powder - 12 g

For cream:

Curd cheese - 400 g
Coconut milk (creamy consistency) - 200 ml
Coconut flakes - 3 tbsp. l
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l
Powdered Sugar - 100 g
Dark chocolate (melted) - 150 g

For filling:

Banana - 2 pcs.

Cooking cakes:

First, prepare the coconut cream. To do this, beat coconut milk with powdered sugar. Then we add all the remaining ingredients, except chocolate, and send the resulting mass to the refrigerator.

For the test, beat eggs and sugar in the air mass, add the vanilla flavor, butter and milk, again, beat everything well. Then add cocoa, flour and baking powder. We mix everything. We spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees in the blowing mode.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, and then wait a bit to let it cool and slightly thickened. We get the cream from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate on top. We tilt the bowl so that the cream is completely covered with a layer of chocolate.

We wait until the chocolate hardens again, then break it with a spoon and mix the pieces of chocolate with cream. Put the cream in the refrigerator again.

Cut out small circles from the dough with a glass and carefully remove them.

Cut the bananas into small pieces and put one on each piece of dough.

We distribute the coconut cream around the banana so that we get a small dome or cone.

Break the remaining chocolate dough into small crumbs and sprinkle the cakes on top.
