Let's make a chocolate cake with bananas, caramel and cream. The union of such ingredients a priori leads to success.

Ingredients for the dough:

Flour - 180 g
Starch - 30 g
Baking powder - 5 g
Vegetable oil (odorless) - 125 ml
Water (milk, kefir) - 125 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 125 g
Cocoa Powder - 20 g

For impregnation:

Sugar - 80 g
Milk (water) - 80 ml
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l
For caramel:
Condensed milk (boiled) - 150 g
Milk (water) - 25 ml

For registration:

Bananas (large) - 3 pcs.
Cream (33-35%) - 250 ml
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking Cake:

1. Place eggs in a bowl. Add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt. Shuffle. When the sugar gets wet, turn on the mixer and beat until the mass thickens, turns white and more than doubles in volume.

2. Now enter water, vegetable oil, starch, flour, baking powder and cocoa powder (using a strainer). Mix well, not including the mixer. And when all the flour gets wet, turn on the device and work the dough until the lumps disappear. Starch makes the dough easier because it does not contain gluten. If you do not have starch, replace it with the same amount of flour.

3. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper. Pour the dough into a mold and send to an oven preheated to 170 degrees to the middle level. Bake for about 50 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden stick (it should come out dry).

4. Walk with the knife along the edge of the mold, remove the cake and cool on the wire rack upside down to level the surface.

5. Prepare the syrup for impregnation. In the stewpan, place granulated sugar and cocoa powder. Rub until the lumps disappear. Add milk, put on fire and bring to a boil. Cool.

6. For caramel, place boiled condensed milk in a blender bowl, add drinking milk and beat until smooth.

7. At the bottom of the cake (it is more even, so it will be on top of the cake) make frequent punctures with a wooden stick. Soak the cake in syrup. Use whole syrup without residue. If it is slowly absorbed, make additional punctures in the biscuit.

8. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and spread along the entire surface of the pie with the slice down. Caramelize the bananas.

9. Add the icing sugar to the chilled cream and beat until stable peaks. I do not add powder, because I already have sweetened confectionery cream. Place cream on top of caramel. If you want, make a relief surface.

10. Use a sieve to sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder.
