Delicious homemade ice cream with a rich chocolate and coffee flavor.
What could be better than ice cream on a hot summer day?

Right, homemade ice cream with chocolate and coffee. Awesome combination, I guarantee you! I prefer to use dark chocolate, but you can experiment with any.

Instant coffee is quite replaceable for just brewed.
Be sure to take cream at least 33% fat, otherwise they will not beat.


Cream 33% - 300 ml
Condensed milk - 250 g
Chocolate - 50 g
Instant coffee - 1 tbsp.
Water - 50 ml

Step by step recipe

Refrigerate the cream before whipping for at least three hours. Beat them with a mixer at maximum speed to a dense and dense mass.

Add the condensed milk and achieve a uniform consistency, whisking with a mixer at medium speed.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dissolve the coffee in hot water.

Add chocolate and coffee to the creamy mass and beat until smooth.
Put in a mold and cover with a lid or cling film. Put in the freezer for at least 8-10 hours.
