Today we’ll cook Chicken Chops in the Oven.
INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet - 1 kg
boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
cheese - 50 g Dijon mustard (grains) - 3 tsp.
thick unsweetened yogurt - 2-3 tbsp. l
salt to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
butter - for greasing a baking sheet
Cooking Chops.
First, prepare the meat. It will take 3 chicken fillets weighing 1 kilogram. My fillet and dry with paper towels. Each fillet is cut lengthwise into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the thickness of the meat itself.
We beat each piece of fillet with a meat hammer from two sides. It is not necessary to beat off very much so that the fillet does not burst.
Salt the meat to taste. Pepper, seasonings evenly distribute with your hands. On the other hand, the fillet is also a little salt.
Grease a large baking sheet with butter. On the prepared baking sheet lay out the fillet pieces.
Cooking the filling. Five boiled eggs with three on a coarse grater. Cheese (50 grams) is also three on a coarse grater.
Add the cheese and 3 teaspoons of mustard seeds to the grated eggs. Pepper to taste and add 2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt. Mix everything until smooth. Yogurt can be replaced with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Gently spread the prepared mixture on the fillet. Distribute the filling evenly over each piece of meat. Each fillet takes about 1 tablespoon of the filling.
We put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time - 30 - 35 minutes.
