Milk 375 ml;
Eggs 1 pc.;
Orange (peeled) 250 g;
Syrup (Jerusalem artichoke) 120 ml;
Starch (corn) 50 g;
Orange (peel) 38 g.
Casserole with orange.
Preparation of the recipe:
Mix in a bowl of cottage cheese, milk, syrup, starch and zest. Stir well until smooth.
Put the resulting mass in a mold and decorate with orange on top.
