Cake ice cream.

This ice cream flavored cake is one of my favorites. It is very tender, completely saturated with cream, guests always like it.

Ingredients for the dough:

Flour - 2 tbsp.
Butter - 200 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. (200 ml)
Eggs - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 100 g
Baking soda (extinguish with vinegar) - 0.5 tsp.

For cream:

Milk - 400 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp. (200 ml)
Butter - 200 g
Starch - 3 tbsp. l (no slide)

For decoration:

Almond petals - 4 tbsp. l
Confectionery pearls - 1 pack.

Cooking Cake:

1. Prepare the dough: beat butter and sugar, then add the egg and sour cream. Add the slaked vinegar to the soda and gradually introduce the flour. Knead the dough.

2. Lubricate the mold (diameter from 26 cm) with oil and send the dough to it. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Bake until light golden.

3. Prepare the cream: dilute starch in a small amount of milk, mix with sugar and bring to a boil. After boiling, pour the starch into a thin stream and continuously stir, cook until the cream thickens. Let the cream cool.

4. Cut the cake into pieces of about 2x2 cm. We leave the crumbs to sprinkle.

5. In softened butter, gradually introduce the brewed milk. Optionally, add vanilla or lemon zest.

6. Pieces of cake mix with cream. A little cream is left to grease the sides of the cake.

7. Collect the cake: set the mold on the dish (I have a shape of 20 cm), put some crumbs from the cake on the bottom of the mold and lay out the pieces of the cake with cream gradually tamping. We grease the top of the cream with cream, cover with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for the night.

8. We take the cake out of the refrigerator, grease the sides with cream, sprinkle with crumbs from the cake and decorate the top as desired. I decorated with almond petals and pastry pearls.
