Brownie with whiskey. INGREDIENTS:
150 g of bitter (60–70%) chocolate;
150 g butter;
2 eggs;
170 g of brown sugar;
50 g unroasted peeled hazelnuts;
130 g of flour;
1 tsp baking powder;
60 ml of whiskey;
whipped cream, ice cream and fresh berries for decoration.


Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Or in the microwave. Add oil. Stir gently until smooth. Cool. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar into a light foam. Add sifted flour. Mix.

Chop nuts with a knife. Brown lightly on a dry frying pan until golden brown. Mix chocolate with butter with dough. Add whiskey and nuts.

Cover the rectangular shape with a size of about 20x25 cm with parchment. Put the dough in it. Flatten thoroughly. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. It is very important not to dry the brownies. They should remain slightly creamy inside.

Cut brownie better already cooled. Hot they can crumble. Serve with whipped cream. Or with a scoop of cream ice cream.
