Brewed rings with curd cream.


For the test:

Milk - 1 glass;
Water - 1 glass;
Butter - 200 g.;
Flour - 2 cups;
Eggs - 8 pcs.;
Salt - pinch,

For filling:

Cottage cheese - 300 g.
Sour cream is thick - 100-150 g.
Sugar powder - to taste.

Cooking process

The coveted rings with curd cream are wonderful cakes that can be eaten even by small children. After all, the stuffing for them is such a useful, and most that neither the food nor the natural curd. And in the test there is no yeast, no sugar.

Prepare the products necessary for making cakes.
Pour water and milk into a saucepan, put butter, a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil.

Stir the boiling mixture with a wooden spatula. The mixture in the pan should be in a circular motion. Pour in all the flour at once. Quickly mix everything. Reduce the heat under the pan to a minimum. Stir for about 1 minute, until the dough is easy to move away from the pan walls.

Transfer the dough from the pan into a bowl, cover and let it cool (about 10 minutes).
One by one enter eggs into the dough. Mix well.

The dough ready will be homogeneous and shiny.
Cover the pan with parchment paper.

Put the dough in circles, drawing them with a pastry syringe with the widest nozzle. If there is no confectionery syringe, then you can take a tight bag. Fill it with a batter. Cut off the corner of the crock and squeeze out the dough, drawing circles.

Bake the rings in a preheated oven to 190 ° C, about 25 minutes. Then leave the cakes for another 10 minutes in the off oven to dry a little.

Whip the cottage cheese with sour cream and powdered sugar.
Cut the cooled rings in half.
Lay the curd on the bottom of the ring.

Cover the ring with the upper part.
Sprinkle the finished curd rings with stuffing, sugar powder.
