Dessert, which is baked only 25 minutes and consists only of healthy ingredients. Pleases sweet tooth, but it does not hurt the figure.

Ingredients:

EGG 1 piece;
EYE WHITE 1 pc;
DOSE-WASHED YOGHURT 3 tbsp. L;
VANILLA EXTRACT 1,5 tsp;
SUGAR 1.5 cups;
Gt; Oil - 1/3 cup;
Sea salt - 1/2 tsp;
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup;
Chocolate (bitter) - 90 g;
FLOUR OF THE FIRST (OR SECOND) GRADE 1/3 cup;
GRACK MUKA 1/3 cup.

Cooking recipe:

The oven is heated to 190 ° C. Lubricate slightly the shape (wide) for baking. Beat the egg in a small bowl, add egg white, yogurt and vanilla extract. We put it aside.

In a small saucepan mix sugar, oil, salt and three tablespoons of water, heat on medium heat for three minutes, stirring constantly. We remove from the fire.

Add cocoa and chocolate (finely chopped with a knife) and stir until the chocolate melts. Then add the egg mixture. Finally, add the flour. Stir the dough to a homogeneous consistency. Pour the mixture into the mold. We bake for 25 minutes. Let's completely cool down. We cut into square pieces.
