The honeycomb in the multivark is a very simple but delicious cake. Barhatny Medovik of multivarki. Cooking it is much easier than the classic version of delicacies. Here, nothing needs to be rolled out. The cake is baked, which is then divided into parts and smeared with the desired cream.


instant coffee - 2 tsp;
water - 3/4 cup;
egg - 5 pieces;
sugar - 1,5 cups;
honey - 5 tbsp. l .;
flour - 2 cups;
vegetable oil - 2 cups;
soda - 1 tsp;
condensed milk - 1 pot;
Butter - 200 g.


We divide the eggs into yolks and proteins.

Whip the whites into a foam.

Pour half of sugar, whisking at maximum speed.

It should turn out to be a brilliant white mass.

2 tsp. coffee pour 3/4 cup of boiling water and leave until completely cooled.

Whisk yolks with the second half of sugar to white mass, add honey.

We pour cold coffee.

Add the vegetable oil and soda.

Lastly, we pour flour in portions. Mix well with a mixer.

Gently spoon or spatula mix the protein mass in the yolk.

We pour the cup of the multivarka with butter and spread the airy dough into it.

We put on the Baking mode - I baked 50 minutes. Because I have a multiscutter, I bake with an open valve.

After the program gives a stop signal, wait for 10 minutes, then open the lid and let the biscuit stand for a while, the cake itself will depart from the walls of the bowl.

Gently take the biscuit with a grill for steam, let it cool down. Here is a tall biscuit.

After the biscuit has cooled, cut it into 4 cakes.

For cream, beat the butter at room temperature and cold condensed milk.

One cake should be crushed with a blender in a crumb.

Lubricate the cream cake, and then the sides and top of the cake.

Then sprinkle the whole cake with crumbs. We remove the cake in the refrigerator for a while, so that the cream will seize. Have a nice tea!
